Affiliate disclosure
LeanStack HQ is an independent comparison site. Some links may earn us a commission if you later purchase through them.
This page is the site-wide disclosure required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s endorsement guides and similar advertising rules in other markets. It applies to every page on LeanStack HQ.
What an affiliate link is
An affiliate link is a tracked URL. If you click it and later buy or subscribe, the vendor’s affiliate programme may pay this site a commission. You should not pay a higher price because of that tracking. Whether a commission is paid depends on the vendor’s rules, cookies, and whether the click converts — we do not control that.
Until live programme IDs are added, product CTAs use clearly marked placeholders such ashttps://example.com/aff/PLACEHOLDER-hubspot. Those URLs are not real offers. They exist so editors can search-and-replace later without rewriting the articles.
What we do not claim
- We do not claim to be an official partner of any vendor.
- We do not invent or publish commission rates.
- We do not sell “guaranteed” rankings or paid review slots in editorial copy.
- We do not fabricate testimonials, user counts, or awards.
How we mark commercial links
Posts that include affiliate placeholders carry a disclosure at the top of the article and a “Tools mentioned” box generated from Markdown frontmatter. Those buttons use rel="sponsored nofollow". Inline Markdown links that point at placeholder affiliate URLs should be treated the same way: they are commercial, not citations.
Editorial control
Tool recommendations are written for small teams. A product can appear in a guide because it is a common, relevant option — not because a commission exists. If a live affiliate relationship is added later, we will keep this page updated. Pricing figures in articles are not offers; verify current pricing on the vendor’s site before you buy.
